In the Bible, (Old Testmament) the Lord (who OWNS ALL) GAVE mankind DOMINION over ALL the Animals of the Air, land and Sea. if having Dominion doesn't mean 'owning' what does? (Dominion: dominance thru legal authority) So the real answer, which 98% of the world can't grasp because of the general lack of ability to follow the KISS principle, is Who Cares, or there is not an answer that can be determined from the facts.
