This person is clearly comitting fraud since it is illegal to descramble TV signals that you're not paying for and the plans that this person is selling could not possibly work with modern day cable TV systems. Take a minute and go to http://www.framed.usps.com/postalinspectors/fraud/MailFraudComplaint.htm and fill out a complaint. To make it really simple here's the text of the complaint I filed against this jerk. Feel free to just cut and paste this into your complaint. The more complaints the USPIS gets the more likely they are to look into it. Text of my complaint: This "John Doe" has been advertising plans for a "legal tv descrambler" on the internet for quite some time. No name or company is given, just a PO box in Florida that you are to send $10 to for the plans. Descrambling cable TV without authorization is illegal so this individual is lying in his advertisements. The plans he is selling also could not possibly work on modern day cable TV systems so he is attempting to defraud consumers. The full text of one of his advertisements can be found at any of the following: http://www.deja.com/=vz/[ST_rn=ps]/getdoc.xp?AN=638475447&fmt=text http://www.deja.com/=vz/[ST_rn=ps]/getdoc.xp?AN=675730743&fmt=text http://www.deja.com/=vz/[ST_rn=ps]/getdoc.xp?AN=669636310&fmt=text This individual tries to hide the number of advertisements he posts by making it difficult to search for them. He does this by placing random punctuation throughout key words/phrases in the advertisements. To see more copies of this persons posts go to http://www.deja.com/usenet and enter just his mailing address, "1342 East Vine" in the search field.
