USENET Newsgroup rules prohibit advertising of any kind in all
newsgroups except those whose charter permits it. The charter of
comp.lang.basic.visual.misc does not permit advertising. And, as
everyone is aware from the name of the site to which you are trying to
lure us, this is completely unrelated to the topic of this newsgroup.

This posting is clearly from a professional spammer -- note the number
following the subject, to try to fool major site mail handlers and news
servers into thinking it is different from other messages posted with
the same subject and content. I'll wager that the From address is
forged so that it will do no good to complain to hotmail, and that in
the headers, there will only be IP addresses, not site names. But, I'll
take a look, anyway.
