It would be a shame it a such a simple and easy to understand language does not have libraries that are as simple and easy as the language itself. As much as I have been impressed with the language itself, I have been bewildered by some of the counter-intuitive libraries, the worst being the Internet interface. Why on earth call something an 'ensemble'? If it plays together, why not call it a 'band'? Will this change in the future, when some more work has been put into it? Of course, these are first time impressions, and there may be something about the Internet interface that only applies to classical music and not to rock-and-roll that i don't know about yet. But then: The collection and persisten object libraries are pure elegance itself ... all giving the impression that 'I have seen this before' - even though I haven't - or 'this is how i would have done it' - even though I probably would never have thought about it. Please give me hope: That will either understand the perfectly logical reason for everything, or that work is in progress so that I will! Best wishes, Atle (PS My enthusisasm is not affected by some crtitsism! PS)
