The question below comes from my reading of IBM's SOM, an object oriented IDL (Interface Definition Language) Is a 'pattern variable' the same as a 'metaclass variable' (Y/N)? Is a 'pattern variable' the same as a 'reference' (but of course more powerful)(Y/N)? Is there any chance that Beta code could be generated from SOM declarations?
