I suppose that you > are not interested in ISDN? It does not matter if there is an analog modem or an ISDN card/modem connected as long as the connection is handled via RAS/DUN! It also worked for me with ISDN (ELSA MicroLink ISDN USB <-- very buggy modem, you shouldn't buy it, will return it to ELSA AG) and with an analog modem (U.S.Robotics Sprotster Voice 33.6) But I have not yet been able to test it on other Windows platforms!
