Mjølner Informatics is happy to announce that release 5.0 (r5.0) of
the Mjølner System is now available.

The Mjølner System may be downloaded free of charge.  This release may
be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, and you may
install it on as many computer systems as you wish. For license
details see:

       ftp://ftp.mjolner.com/mjolner-system/r5.0/LICENSE.html

A CD with the Mjølner System is being produced. The CD will later be
available for a small fee - an announcement will be posted later.

Mjølner Informatics also offers support and training. For details
send e-mail to info@mjolner.com.

The are several new features in release 5.0. The mosts important ones
are:

-      A new tool called 'mjolner' integrates the previous stand-alone
       tools Sif (source browser and editor), Freja (CASE tool), Frigg
       (interface builder), beta (compiler), and Valhalla (debugger).

-      The Valhalla debugger is now also available for Macintosh

-      The Freja CASE tool is now available on all platforms.

-      A new and improved version of the persistent store has been
       implemented

-      All documentation is now Web-based.
