Dear people at Mjolner,

I've got a question regarding the new license for the Mjolner System
Release 5.0.

There you can read

The Software is supplied under this License free of any License Fee,
implying that the Licence Fee is 0 (zero) US$.

Does this mean that the version 5.0 of the Mjolner System may be used
for both commercial and educational versions for free?
The Release 4.1 was free of charge only for educational and
non-commercial purposes.
