Obvious; an RPN calculator is described in K&R, and Polish integration
is a hot topic for the Next Author's Text Output (or first draft, for
the acronym-impaired).  It is also clear that the Federal Goverment must
be involved in changes to such an important document, a clear rival to
the Constitution for relevance in today's world.
