SUMMER SUBLET

One room in three bedroom apartment is available for summer sublet from
April 25 through
August 31 with the possibility of new lease from September.  

These are in the first floor of a very nice and quiet three-story house in
Brighton with a huge sunny living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry,
bathroom, back  porch.  Our place is located at 25 Colborne Rd, which is 1
minute walk to Green B-Line. (10 min. to BC, 15 min. to BU.)

Rent is $327.66 plus electricity and gas.  

We prefer non-smoker grad student or professional.
