I would suggest you to download the two tutorials from the BETA WWW
Home Page.

The ultimate source of information on the BETA language is:

The Win95 version is available now.  However, an official announcement
of this fact have been delayed.  Contact us for details.

Just started Dec. 1 is a project on porting BETA onto OS/2 on PowerPC.
This consists in OS interface and PowerPC code generation.  Since the
OS interface is the same as in Intel-based platforms, and since we
already are delivering Intel-based code genaration on Win95, we expect
OS/2 on Intel-based platforms to appear real soon after the PowerPC
port.

Included will be the entire development platform (except the CASE tool).

We are considering this - until then, the Personal Edition version
which costs 60$ usually is an attractive offer.

Mostly R&D departments, but I do not have the details.

Just a side note: I am the person responsible for the BETA WWW
responce service, and I am sorry, that I haven't answered these
questions, following your questions in the BETA WWW responce section,
but the e-mail address, that you gave me in the WWW form unfortunately
did not work (mail bounced).  I am happy, that you didn't give up, but
used the newsgroup instead.
