There are only a limited number of family rooms available at the hotel, which will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Partners who are not attending the workshop can be accommodated at the student rate. For example, some may simply wish to use the leisure facilities, while others want to explore Edinburgh, St Andrews, or the nearby Highlands. We will endeavour to tailor the social programme to suit their wishes, however this will very much depend on the number of partners attending the meeting. If no additional social events are required there will be a small discount on the rate for accompanying persons.
