But John Broendum was kind enough to draw my attention to that issue, why I now has changed my beta-mode, so it has more readable shades of gray on X-terminals. So if anyone has discarded my beta-mode due to the font-lock problems on X-terminals, please consider trying it out again by inserting the following in your .emacs file: (setq load-path `("~pahe/Public/elisp" "/usr/local/lib/beta/emacs/current" ,@load-path)) (require 'pahe-beta-mode) And of cause comment out all other beta related stuff. /Peter -- Peter von der Ahé, Systems programmer Department of Computer Science at the University of Aarhus Office phone: +45 89 42 32 23, private phone: +45 86 13 26 34
